Ask the questions:
1. What did God tell Jeremiah to do? (Write down what God said)
2. True or False: God told Jeremiah that He loved all the people. (True)
3. Who helped Jeremiah write down God’s words? (Baruch)
4. Where can we find the words they wrote down? (In the Bible)
5. Were Jeremiah and Baruch the only people who wrote down God’s words? (No, about 40 other people did, too)
6. Since all the words in the Bible are GOD’S words, can we call the Bible “God’s Word”? (Yes)

  1. Was Jeremiah a Prophet? (Yes or No)

Share with your Children
When we give messages to people, the words can get messed up. But God’s messages are perfect—no matter who He told them to, they never got messed up. That’s how we know every word in the Bible is God’s Word!

Who was Jeremiah special helper/friend? (Baruch)
What would they (Jeremiah & Baruch) write on the scroll? (God’s word)
Who tore up the scroll and put it in the fire? (The King)
Are all the words in the Bible God’s word? (Yes or No)

Share with your children
God told people to write down His words so that you and I can read them today!  All the words in the Bible are God’s words.

Did you know that God talks to you and me?

He does! The biggest way God talks to us is when we read His word in the Bible.

God tells us so many wonderful things when we read the fun stories in the Bible, just like this story about John.

The Bible is fun to read, and we can learn so many wonderful things from it. That make it the very BEST Book!

Have the kids choose a story in their lesson video they want to learn more about. Have them read it or read to them. MOSES – Exodus 2:11-4:31   / EZEKIEL 37:1-15  /  PETER & JESUS “Peter pays the tax” Matthew 17:24-27

Ask the questions

What did you learn from the story?
Were there any miracles in the story you read?
Was your story in the Old or New Testament?

Share with your children

When we read these amazing stories in the Bible, we all learn who God is and how he wants us to live.  The Bible is full of adventure, mystery and rules that we should follow.
